Equipment Needed:

Two mixing bowls (one large, one small)
Rolling pin
Biscuit cutter
Baking tray or sheet lined with foil
Whisk
Cooling rack
Plastic sealable bags for storage

Method:

Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
Begin by sifting the two flours and baking powder together, then set aside.
In the small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and milk until thoroughly combined.
Create a well in the flour mixture in the large bowl, then gradually add the peanut butter and milk, folding in until well mixed.
Use your hands to form a dough, then divide it into 2 balls.
Knead each ball on a floured surface for about two minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness between 1/4" and 1/2" using a rolling pin, then cut out shapes with the biscuit cutter.
Place the cut biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the biscuits in the center of the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
Allow the biscuits to cool on a wire rack after baking.

Once cooled, store the biscuits in sealable bags in the refrigerator.
